[ ♪ music ♪ ] goods evening, i'm john fugelsang, welcome to "viewpoint." charge have been filed against 19-year-old dzhokhar tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the boston bombing and allegations have bun flying around that the fbi had been lax when they investigated dzhokhar tsarnaev's brother tamerian. the who homemade bombs that he trigtriggered with his younger brother killed three people and wounded hundreds more. at least one bombing survivor, a seven-year-old girl is still in critical condition a week later with multiple wounds to her legs. now 2:50 p.m. eastern time today the same time that the bombs went off last monday, a moment of silence was held in boston and around the nation for all the victims in the bombing. earlier a funeral service was held for one of the people killed at the scene. 29-year-old krystle campbell was buried inburyied. dzhokhar tsarnaev can't speak a possible suicide attempt as police closed in. he is accused of ever using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction
